Passing the buck... again

Republicans in the General Assembly have been trying to shift the blame on abuser fees all summer, but we’re still impressed that Sen. Frank Wagner managed to find a brand new scapegoat: you.

Appearing on “On the Record” this weekend, Wagner said “the General Assembly delivered what the public had indicated they wanted through polls.”

Nice to know the GOP spent more time on polling than policy, eh?

On the bright side, Wagner also predicted that “this election will vet things out.” We’re sure voters will be happy to help with that part.
